Claude Fortin MD, FAARFM, ABAARM, DipABLM, FSSRP is the Medical Director of Colorado Ageless Institute PLLC. He relocated to Castle Rock, Colorado, in 2016 in association with Neurology of the Rockies LLC. For 30 years prior, he had been in private practice in Springfield, Illinois, and Associate Professor of Neurology at SIU Medical School.
At Colorado Ageless Institute, Dr. Fortin has developed a world-class, evidence-based regenerative cellular medicine practice. He approaches disease in a radically different framework: disease reversal and prevention from the cellular level. He uses advanced diagnostic tests, cutting-edge cellular medicine therapeutics, including peptides that are years ahead of the standard medical practice. Dr. Fortin utilizes scientifically documented age reversal medicine techniques, including brain preservation & longevity programs to address the underlying genetic, cellular, biochemical, and physiological processes that result in what we all recognize as aging.
Dr. Fortin has incorporated the diverse medical training he has acquired over the years to include principles of lifestyle, functional, cellular, regenerative, and age reversal medicine into his approach with patients at Colorado Ageless Institute.
He is board-certified in Neurology, Clinical EEG, Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, as well Lifestyle Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, with added Certification in peptide therapy. He is a fellow of the Peptide and Cellular Medicine Master Mind Program at the Seeds Scientific Research & Performance Institute and obtained Certification in Age Management from the Cenegenics Institute. He is a member of the Seeds Mastermind program, the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and the American Academy of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Michael and Brandi Caro bring years of experience in Concierge Services for patients utilizing Hormone Replacement Therapy and associated modalities.
As Managers of 2 previous Anti-Aging + Wellness offices in Southern California, they have seen positive changes in patients properly treated with Hormone Replacement Therapies.
Michael, a current Professional Firefighter, became involved with studying Interventional Endocrinology when he was feeling the effects of Firefighting for more than 30 years. As the Men's Health Director, he brings years of first-hand knowledge as a patient and student of Hormone Therapy. Michael continues his education by attending seminars and being informed on the latest trends in Anti-Aging and Longevity.
Brandi has 10 years of experience as the Manager/Operator of her own Concierge Service. Working directly with Physicians specializing in Hormone Replacement Therapies and related services has given Brandi the expertise needed to serve you quickly and efficiently. She is your point of contact for all services associated with your care as a concierge patient of Dr. Fortin.
